The Layout
As you pull into the paver-laid driveway, you will already begin to feel right at your "always" summer home. Walk in the front door and you are invited into the large open floorplan with volume ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. Enjoy moments together in the spacious living room with plenty of seating or watch the game from the large smart TV above the fireplace. Step out onto the outdoor covered sitting room and take in the golden sunset while enjoying a glass of wine.
Kitchen is magnificently finished with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all dishware and cookware for your culinary needs. Coffee maker and Kuerig K-cup covers the coffee drinkers preferences.
The master suite offers a king bed, smart TV and his & hers walk-in closets. The master ensuite bathroom is complete with walk-in glass shower, two vanities and soaking tub. Second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the left side of the home, each with a king, queen and two twin beds. The second full bathroom has a combination shower/tub and also is conveniently accessible from the pool area. The fifth bedroom is located in the back of the house accessible from the outdoor sitting area, which is perfect for guests who need a little extra privacy or quiet time.

After a long day at the beach, relax with the kids in the enclosed heated pool and spa deck area.
